What stays on your device

Host profiles (including server addresses, ports and usernames), trusted host keys, and preferences are stored locally in the app's container. Passwords you choose to remember are stored in the local device Keychain. The app does not request iCloud Keychain synchronization for these passwords.

Connections and files

SSH commands, authentication information and SFTP transfers are sent directly to the server you select, using SSH encryption. We do not operate a relay for your sessions. Your remote server's administrator controls server-side logging and retention. Local files are accessed through system file-selection panels on macOS and document pickers or sharing tools on iOS/iPadOS.

Clipboard and diagnostics

Clipboard access supports your copy and paste actions. Ctrl-V can upload a clipboard image as a PNG file to your selected SSH server and insert its path into the terminal. The remote image remains until you delete it on the server. On macOS, remote clipboard writes (OSC 52) require enabling a setting that is off by default; the current iOS/iPadOS implementation allows remote clipboard writes during a session. The app may write local diagnostic messages to system logs; these logs are not sent to a developer-operated backend. Terminal scrollback is kept during the session; we do not operate a cloud transcript service.

Analytics and advertising

The current app includes no developer-operated advertising, tracking or usage-analytics service. We do not receive your SSH passwords, terminal commands or transferred files through an app backend.

Purchases

If you use an App Store subscription, Apple handles payment and purchase records under Apple's policies. The app verifies subscription entitlements using StoreKit; we do not ask for payment-card details.

Support and this website

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Do not send passwords, private keys or sensitive terminal output. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for support or legal obligations; you can request deletion.

This website uses Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare may process connection data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the website. This site includes no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or contact forms. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing.

Deletion and choices

Deleting a host profile in TermCove also requests deletion of its remembered Keychain password. Closing a local session does not delete remote files or terminate remote tmux sessions. Uninstalling the app may leave Keychain data; on macOS, container data may also remain; use the in-app host deletion action to remove remembered credentials before uninstalling. We cannot delete data on your remote servers or Apple's purchase records.

购买

使用 App Store 订阅时，付款和购买记录由 Apple 按其政策处理。应用通过 StoreKit 验证订阅权益。我们不索取银行卡信息。

支持与网站

联系支持时，我们收到你主动提供的信息，用于处理请求。请勿发送密码、私钥或敏感终端输出。支持邮件仅在解决问题或履行法律义务所需期间保留，可申请删除。

网站使用 Cloudflare 托管。Cloudflare 可能为提供及保护网站处理 IP 地址和请求元数据等连接信息。网站没有广告、统计脚本、跟踪像素或联系表单。详情见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。

删除和选择

在应用内删除主机配置时，同时请求删除该主机记住的 Keychain 密码。关闭本地会话不会删除远端文件或结束远端 tmux 会话。卸载应用可能保留 Keychain 数据；macOS 上还可能保留本机容器数据，建议卸载前在应用内删除主机及凭据。我们无法删除你远端服务器上的数据或 Apple 购买记录。
